Our visit to the Queen of Lesotho
Wednesday, March 13th, the Health Promoters team visited Queen Masenate of Lesotho. The plans were discussed about starting a mental health education in the Morija area in collaboration with the Scott Hospital. The problem of unattended mental health issues is a major health concern around this district as the conversations portrayed. We were delighted to see that Her Majesty the Queen is interested in this project. As the way forward, a Stakeholders meeting will be organized, which would include the Department of Health and several others, to make some strategic decisions and hopefully chart a course for the initiative, with everyone involved. 
The mental health project of the Scott Hospital is planned to collaborate with the Health Promoters-Maluti project for a much greater outcome.
